More than 20 years ago, the President and Founder of FITI Schools recognized that vocational education, skilled trades, healthcare training, and career-focused education would become increasingly important to the future of the United States workforce. Drawing from years of professional experience, continuing education, academic leadership, and collaboration with respected educational institutions, she established a vision centered on one fundamental principle: education should provide students with meaningful pathways toward employment, advancement, professional credentials, and long-term opportunity.
Today, that vision continues to guide the growth and evolution of FITI Schools.
From Entry-Level Training to Advanced Professional Education
FITI Schools has evolved beyond the traditional concept of vocational education. Many of the professionals who work, teach, manage, and help operate FITI Schools are former FITI graduates.
They once entered our classrooms as students with their own ambitions, uncertainties, and professional goals. After completing their education and progressing within their respective careers, many returned to FITI Schools because they believed in the same vision that helped guide their own professional development.
Today, former students contribute to the institution as educators, administrators, industry professionals, mentors, managers, and leaders.
